We are currently seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team supporting the FMDDT AaaS program for the US Navy. This position will require some on-site support at the Pentagon.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and oversee the technical architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with the DoN RPA Developer Standards and DoD policy
- Design and oversee a technically sound RPA architecture that aligns with DON RPA Developer Standards and DoD policies, ensuring compliance, scalability, and security
- Develop automated solutions to integrate data and technology with current and future processes
- Engage Commands to facilitate research and test new tools, capabilities and solicitation of requirements for enterprise-wide use cases
- Provide technical expertise for automation toolsets and software (e.g., UiPath and UiPath Orchestrator, Microsoft Power Platform, Cloud Solutions such as Virtual Machines and Servers)
- Utilize DoN approved software to develop automation workflows (e.g. UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform)
- Develop advanced automated solutions that seamlessly integrate data and technology
- Deliver solutions and documentation of all related code and tools used to implement solutions, prototypes, and pilots
- Provide all maintenance and updates for projects, deliver all updated code and documentation for Innovation projects that are maintained via Operations and Maintenance
- Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a school accredited in the United States
- Active Secret Security clearance
- 2-3 years' experience supporting a Robotics Process Automation program
- Experience using Uipath and MS Power Platform
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or client
