ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Process Design Lead to join our team. This is a remote opportunity with the ability to travel. ManTech is hiring a Subject Matter Expert and Business Process Design Lead to manage a team of two Business Process Design, Continuous Process Improvement Facilitators and oversee business process reengineering/process improvement efforts. You'll help us pursue a growing line of business for our firm, working with federal clients and in coordination with our on-the-ground team leads to oversee business process reengineering and change initiatives associated with technological innovation.

Responsibilities :
- Be an expert and advisor on general Air Force knowledge (i.e. organization, culture, rank) and how Air Force members use their HR systems.
- Reviews Air Force policies and procedures that effect assigned Personnel Systems and associated workflows.
- Coordinates with Personnel, Policy, and HQ staff to institutionalize Business Process Reengineering efforts.
- Works with Air Force policy to validate proposed Business Process Reengineering changes.
- Works closely with customer process owners, senior leaders, and other team members to address the opportunities for improvement identified and makes suggestions for how customers can operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams and performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Air Force HR/Personnel career field
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of Business Consultants providing business process design services to customers to include collecting and analyzing data and developing solutions.
- Strong grasp of business process mapping processes and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired
- Currently have or pursuing HR Professional Certification (e.g., SHRM), and/or implementation methodologies (e.g., PMI-ACP)
- Master's degree
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time if outside of the San Antonio, TX area.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
