Aircraft Installation Assemblers
We are seeking skilled Aircraft Installation Assemblers for a 6-month contract in West Lafayette, IN. Positions are available for 1st shift (7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities include:
Installing aircraft systems, including electrical harnesses, fuel tubing, and main components.
Conducting functional testing and touch-up painting.
Ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
Training and mentoring new team members.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
Requirements:
10+ years of aerospace systems and installation experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and using appropriate tools.
Physical ability to perform assembly tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
