Work you'll do/Responsibilities

o Consult with clients on technology solutions powered by Mainframe applications

o Lead a team in the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of Mainframe applications

o Lead the integration strategy and process modernization of legacy systems

o Brainstorm, design, and prototype solutions while recommending enhancements for Mainframe technologies

o Lead programoptimizationto work within constructs of environments

o Communicate with client leadership on status and milestone achievements

o Mentor and guide junior level resourceson the team

The AMI practice delivers end-to-end technology solutions to enable and improve our clients' core business operations. AM&I is composed of three different areas: Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration, and Quality Engineering.

Required Qualifications

o Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

o 6+ years of experience with the FOCUS, COBOL, REXX, NATURAL and/or other Mainframe development languages, with a willingness to learn FOCUS

o Ability to interpret coding logic and successfully communicate needs to development team

o Ability to obtain necessary government clearance

o Ability to travel up to 10% overnight for client/project travel

o Expected to co-locate in your designated geo hub location up to 30% of the time based on business needs

o Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) to one of the following delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ - Lake Mary, FL - Atlanta, GA - Charlotte, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX - with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for overnight accommodations

o Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
