Chenega Services and Federal Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for an Network Analyst experienced with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to support the Department of Navy's Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR). The Network Analyst will provide configuration, testing, technical support services and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administration for Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Software Update Server (WSUS) products installed on OPTEVFOR servers.
    • Analyzes SCCM deployment failures and takes corrective actions.
    • Monitors and troubleshoots systems health and availability; recovers data in the event of hardware or software failure
  • Update Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM servers with the latest software patches and fixes.
  • Build and deploy SCCM installation packages for application updates and patches as well as operating system updates.
    • Validate successful deployment of software update packages through the use of reporting tools.
  • Manage software distribution and hardware/software inventories using Endpoint Manager/SCCM.
  • Provide computer operations and customer support services for the Endpoint Manager/SCCM infrastructure and assist with modifying and creating software application packages and scripts.
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software to resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
  • Provide a monthly status report which contains the progress of work on assigned tasks and future work plans for the upcoming month.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification desired.
  • Must have current cyber security qualifications to perform IT privileged administrative functions in accordance with the DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and the DoDM 8140.03, Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program.
  • Must meet at least one of the following:
    • Education: Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university conferred within the past 5 years.
    • Training: Offerings listed in DoD 8140 Training Repository ( https://dl.cyber.mil/cwmp/xls/DoD_8140_Cyberspace_Training_Repository.xlsx )
    • Personnel Certification: EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Logical Operations CyberSec First Responder (CFR) or CompTIA Cloud+ or GIAC lobal Industry Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) or (ISC)2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).
