Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Specialty Test Engineer for an opportunity in Alexandria, VA on a hybrid work schedule. This role will be supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) and will require an active Top Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities of the Senior Specialty Test Engineer
Qualifications of the Sr. Specialty Test Engineer
· 7 plus years of experience in engineering, science and DoD policies and procedures

Compensation for the Sr. Specialty Test Engineer
· $150,000-190,000 annual salary *depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Senior Specialty Test Engineer
- Reviewing OUSD (R&E) modernization priorities and related technologies, legislation, and policies,
- Support the annual R&M Symposium (RAMS)
- Work together with the engineering teams to complete requirements and oversee deployments.
- Provide expertise in R&M Body of Knowledge and workforce training
Qualifications of the Sr. Specialty Test Engineer
· 7 plus years of experience in engineering, science and DoD policies and procedures
- An Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with R&M Engineering
- An active professional certification in R&M Engineering
