ASRC Federal is looking for Sr Records Management to support our federal program in Arlington, VA.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum 5 years' experience within a records and information management lifecycle program in a government environment.
Must be a US Citizen, Top Secret required.

Location: Arlington, VA, Hybrid (onsite 1 day)

Required Skills and Competencies

Knowledge of the Federal Records Act (FRA), e-Government Act, OMB, and NARA requirements and experience creating, organizing, securing, maintaining, using, and disposing information in ways that align with that guidance.
Experience developing and implementing tailored records management objectives, the identification and tracking of essential records, and updating records management policies.
Experience drafting and implementing records disposition schedules.
Experience updating records and information management systems.
Experience drafting policy documents and the development of employee awareness and other communication products.
Experience delivering verbal briefings to senior level staff.
Expert working knowledge of MS Office (Office 365).
Ability to work independently on tasks.

Desired Skills

Experience working with a wide range of personnel, including project managers, business sponsors, product owners, development teams, IT security, system integration and end users at all levels of the organization.
Experience with electronic records management systems or related technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with the Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) is a plus.
Prior government work experience a plus.
