Support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of Command-wide joint training, education, professional development, and organizational development programs and processes in accordance with the USSTRATCOM Workforce Onboarding and Development Program.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
• Support division training strategies through analysis of student training needs, identification of training target audiences, and identification of appropriate training solutions.
• Promote the dissemination of training opportunities and other organizationally relevant information through numerous multimedia channels with a focus on enhancing employee awareness and soliciting widespread interest.
• Design and prepare comprehensive technical reports, studies, related documentation, charts, and graphs. Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings as the subject matter expert.
• Provide advice on esoteric problems requiring extensive knowledge across all training, and education areas of expertise.
Experience
Joint Training Program Manager will have at least 10 years' experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment.
