Program Summary

KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.

Job Summary

Schedule Maintenance for War Reserve Materiel (WRM) assets. Provide the Equipment Status Report in a format determined by the COR. Report/track the status of all assets through the Information Management Data System (IMDS), Transaction Request Tool (TRT), or the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Monitor WRM Production Control/Support section. Schedules and coordinates scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections of AGE and support equipment. Maintain oversight of additional requirements for assigned Nuclear Certified Equipment. Determines resource requirements, including parts and supplies, and tracks shipment status using Due-Out Validation listings, DPAS M&U Integrated Management Data System (IMDS), and Base Supply. Tracks turn-ins including Due-In for Maintenance (DIFM) parts. Provide customer service to department, company and government personnel. Strictly adheres to US Air Force Technical Orders and Safety Directives. Drive vehicles as required. All other additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Production support administration.
  • Schedule Maintenance for War Reserve Materiel (WRM) assets.
  • Report/track the status of all assets through the Information Management Data System (IMDS), Transaction Request Tool (TRT), or the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
  • Provide the Equipment Status Report in a format determined by the COR.
  • Schedules and coordinates scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and inspections of WRM AGE and support equipment.
  • Maintain historical records for all assigned WRM assets IAW TOs and AFIs.
  • Maintain a file plan IAW AFRIMS (Air Force Records Information Management System).
  • Provide a monthly analysis of performance trends (RR), identifying root causes of performance.
  • Maintain oversight of additional requirements for assigned Nuclear Certified Equipment IAW AFI 63-125
  • Report equipment status to the War Reserve Materiel Manager (WRMM).
  • Other assigned duties.


Basic Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid US Driver License
  • 4 years of experience in AGE Production Control/Support or similar fields to include warehouse and administration.
  • Possess technical skills in computers, Cost control, budget & tracking, purchasing, supply and administration.
  • MS Office computer skills (Windows, Excel).
  • Possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiar with USAF AGE WRM Nuclear Surety Program
