Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Software Developer to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the research, design, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility programs
- Responsible for analysis of user needs and development of solutions applying computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis techniques
- Shall update software and enhance existing software capabilities
- Other responsibilities could include working with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems, develop specifications, and performance requirements
- May be responsible for maintaining databases within an application area
- Will work individually and in coordination with database development group as a team
- May be responsible for oversight of lower-level developers
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) in Computer Science or an IT discipline and ten (10) years of experience relevant to the responsibilities listed above
- Experience working in one or more C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Python
- Must have experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- This is an onsite position; must be able to report to customer site five (5) days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing and/or updating software associated with Navy weapons or software of associated systems
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and hold an active and current Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Tasking is primarily computer based.
- The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
