• Provide comprehensive operational support by fulfilling user requests, resolving service failures, addressing issues, and performing routine operational tasks to maintain seamless and efficient system operations.
• Identify, track, and resolve technical issues related to EWSC, implementing short-term workarounds to mitigate problems while developing and deploying long-term solutions to ensure continuous system functionality and performance.
• Deliver comprehensive maintenance, patching, and upgrade support by ensuring systems are consistently updated, secure, and optimized, including the application of patches, upgrades, and regular maintenance activities to sustain operational effectiveness and security compliance.
• Provide Tier II technical support, advice, and advanced troubleshooting to end users, ensuring rapid response to critical system and application failures, coordinating with Government and contractor service functions as needed, and maintaining effective customer communication throughout all levels to sustain mission capability.
• Provide comprehensive system life-cycle support for EWSC, including managing baselines, overseeing projects and schedules, facilitating technology refreshes, and ensuring the timely deployment of software releases throughout the system's entire life cycle.
• Provide Testing and Evaluation Support by designing, developing, installing, and implementing comprehensive test plans for EWSC—including developmental, acceptance, operational, and evaluation phases—while executing, verifying, and validating these plans alongside communication strategies and deployment impact statements.
• Deliver Information Assurance (IA) Support by conducting both preventative and reactive measures to strengthen and maintain the overall IA posture, ensuring robust protection against potential security threats.
• Provide comprehensive System Training Support by designing, developing, coordinating, modifying, and conducting training activities, including demonstrations and training sessions, for Government personnel and third-party contractors to ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational proficiency.
