Quantech has an immediate opening for a Program Scheduler (Senior) supporting the United States Air Force at Hanscom Air Force Base:
The candidate must have advanced understanding of all scheduling tools, to include MS Project
The candidate shall provide all facets of Program Scheduler support and be able to plan, build, coordinate
and manage the overarching IMS
The candidate shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within
the PMO regularly
The candidate must provide IMS technical products (GANTT charts, network diagrams, critical path
assessments, etc.)
The candidate must ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition
processes and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
The candidate shall support requirements development, plan preparation and assess the ability to achieve
results
The candidate must efficiently communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer,
project team, and division leadership
The candidate must have experience working in DoD acquisition, specifically in program offices as a
scheduler
The candidate must have experience with software development programs, with a general understanding
of Agile Software
SECRET Clearance required.
Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their
assigned tasks.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot various situations to develop
successful outcomes within the program / project guidelines
Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported
customers
Possess the ability to communicate their schedule products clearly and concisely to various functional
disciplines
Recommended Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at
least 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline, 5 of which must be in DoD

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
Salary information below is a general guide only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and
qualifications, as well as business and market considerations.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
