Position Title : Help Desk Manager
Position Location : Full Time onsite. Fort Eisenhower, GA
Daily Responsibilities :
•Planning, facilitating and managing activities for a large multi-disciplinary IT support project
•Executing complex Information Technology projects to address needs and requirements, process improvements, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests.
•The first line to address issues at the lowest level associated with TO PWS requirements
Required Years of Experience (min) :
•Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency
Required Degree/Certifications :
•Master's Degree (preferred). Bachelor's Degree (required)
•IAT II: Commercial Certificates for DoD 8570.01-M certificate requirement
•CE: Professional (expert preferred) level certificate for supported technology as approved by the Government Task Manager, HDI Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM) or equivalent (ITIL etc.)
Required Experience :
•Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
•Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
•Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
•Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
•Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
•Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.

•Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105k-$120k
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
