Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Exercise Planner/Trainer Task Lead to support a federal government client.

As a Senior Exercise Planner/ Trainer Task Lead, you will:

• Ensure coordination between MRSB and MSOC is synchronized and training during UTP-1

matches the expectation of the MSOC commander which provides a fully trained and equipped

MRST.

• Develop scenario-based training suited to evaluate the effective integration of multiple

simultaneously executed intelligence operations which employ each of the respective intelligence,

logistics, and communications discipline.

• Conduct all coordination with MRSB staff to ensure the battalion commanders intent and end state

are met for the UTP-1 training cycle.

• Interacts with civilian authorities and law enforcement agencies, manages all Realistic Military

Training (RMT) requirements, logistics planning, contracting office interaction, and coordination

with contracted exercise support organizations.

• Develops and synchronizes all required briefs and reports for exercise execution.

• Supports the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and the

implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion.

• Ensure proper implementation of exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline

events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals set by

the MRSG commander is met.

• Lead would be responsible in capturing lessons learned at the mid-point and conclusion of the exercise. Ensure daily evaluation reports are distributed to each discipline chief, detailing the dayto-day activities and progress of collection, processing and analyzing.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must have 10 years SOF operations and/or intelligence experience as an operator or leader in a Special Mission Unit (SMU); U.S. Army Special Forces; Navy SEALs; MARFORSOC.
  • Must have 2 years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of SOCOM exercises (examples include Ops-Intel planning, ISR, F3EAD, logistics, civilian authorities, realistic military training) OR 2 years' experience planning/supporting MARFORSOC Training Readiness Exercises (TRX) events as a task lead or equivalent SOF Intel Readiness exercises OR 5 years' experience at an O5 command level as an Ops-Intel planner.
  • Must have three years MARFORSOC experience (performance as military, civilian or contractor in any MARFORSOC position).
  • Two years' recency experience as a Contract/Task Order Program Manager for a USSOCOM unit.

Education:
  • Military experience as a senior enlisted E8 or above, warrant officer or officer O4 or above.
