Our client is seeking a Senior-level Test Systems Engineer to supervise and coordinate Application, System, and Integration Testing activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate test and evaluation activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to include:
- Review manual test plans and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.
- Coordinate testing activities with GRFN deliveries and integrated testing through the NTO
- Coordinate testing activities as we move into modular deliveries with all applicable parties
- Document testing processes as services get delivered through the Dev to Ops environments.
- Assess areas to automate and improve, and collaborate with government and vendors to streamline the testing and delivery of services through the designated DevOps pipelines
- Assess test protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with NGA DevOps and DoD regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Review technical investigations for defects discovered during test activities to include:
- Failure/fault pattern analysis
- Opportunities for test performance enhancement (e.g., efficiency, speed, accuracy, optimization, etc.)
- Provide formal reports of investigation findings and recommendations to IPC engineering leadership/peers as needed
- Coordinate and review the testing of applications and application programming interfaces (APIs) in DevOps pipelines utilizing quality assurance measures established by the government and industry best practices.
- Independently review integration testing on the system software or hardware to determine the system's compliance with specified requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current and Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree.
- Senior-level experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Senior-level experience with traditional, Agile, and DevOps development practices and associated testing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work at the program office level, including generation of test strategies, metrics collection plans, Data analysis and validation, metrics collection and validation, and an ability to lead and influence a test team on a large software development effort with multiple developers working on a project.
Desired:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree.
- Experience in writing front-end test automation using Selenium, WebDriver, Cucumber, Apache JMeter, TestNG, or other comparable tools.
- Demonstrated experience with three or more of the following: Jenkins, Docker, Postman, SonarQube, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee or GitHub/GitLab (or equivalent software packages), Java, Bash, Curl, XML, JSON, SQL, Python, Javascript, and Amazon Web Services (AWS), Appium, Robotium, Espresso, or comparable tools.
- Five or more years of experience with MBSE, processes, tools, and languages.
- Demonstrated experience with Software Development Frameworks, and the use of SAFE Agile
- ISTQB: Certified Tester Advanced Test Manager
- CSTE: Certified Software Test Engineer
