Description
Ballistic Digital is currently looking for a Sensor Team Lead who has experience supporting the IC or military technical operations.
Clearance Requirement: Must possess a current and active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance for consideration.



Responsibilities:
• Designing, setting up, and operating technical demonstrations.
• Enacting ad-hoc technical experiments to test tradecraft concepts.
• Developing novel solutions incorporating multiple technologies.
• Providing briefings to Sponsor leadership, as requested.
• Writing technical documentation to include SOP's, Test Results, & Technical Assessments, as requested.
• Providing feedback to the contract PM for improvements on the process and tools involved in relevant technical areas.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Five (5) years demonstrated experience in support to IC or military technical operations.
• Demonstrated experience with conducting RF surveys, such as prior Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) or similar certification.
• Experience testing and evaluating commercial technologies such as cameras, vehicles, UAS, or network infrastructure.
• Experience working and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office and Jira or similar requirement tools.
• Experience in two (2) of the following areas:
o Radio Frequency expertise
o UAV/UAS expertise
o Video surveillance system expertise
o Wireless network expertise
o Connected and Autonomous vehicles expertise

• AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET WITH FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience
Additional Desired Skills
• FAA Drone Pilot Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., repeatedly throughout the course of a workday
• Ability to walk in uneven or potentially hazardous terrain
• Ability to climb a ladder without additional physical assistance
• Ability to operate hand tools, both motorized and manual, without accommodation
• Visual abilities which allow for application of fine motor skills in low light conditions.
• Ability to complete fall protection training and perform work on elevated platforms.
