WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics are representative of those performing essential functions of the job in an industrial production and repair environment and general office setting. Must be able to work sitting or standing. • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Minor cuts and scrapes are to be expected. Possible minor burns or shock from operating electrical equipment and or soldering equipment may be present. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be expected to be worn and used when required. Standard work week generally applies; however, candidate will be expected to work as the requirement dictates.

GENERAL JOB
Contractor Supervisor (CS) Support Services is responsible for attaining operating capability by aligning current staffing at the time of transition.
Essential Primary Job Functions
- Conduct PACS certification and recertification.
- Assist with QDR investigations.
- Assist employees with access and input to systems, e.g. ATACS, DMAPS, etc.
- Ensure safety and security compliance (i.e. EMXG food and drink policy, active shooter, fire and weather alerts, participation in VPP.
- Liaison with Government onsite training; provide assistance with accident and OSHA reporting.
- Manage and facilitate monthly safety briefings.
- Manage Monthly Status Report (MSR) process and maintain recall rosters. In-processing and Out-processing employees.
- Work onsite, as required, during normal duty hours and during government surges that may require contractor support beyond normal duty hours.
- Provide the total number of contractor personnel present on any given day by name and skill category.
- Provide initial response to Government representative and COR.
Secondary Primary Job Functions
- May be required to train other Contractor Supervisor (CS) and government personnel in the proper use, safe design, and improvements required for sustaining the support of Equipment Contractor Supervisor Support Services.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment and comply with all applicable security and safety regulations and OSHA standards.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- Receive and delegate daily and weekly work assignments.
- Track and schedule employee vacation time to include workload shifts.
- In-processing and Out-processing employees.

Education and Experience for Contractor Supervisor
- Must be a United States Citizen with a valid passport.
- Must possess a valid Secret Security Clearance adjudicated in the last five (5) years.
- Must have a High School Diploma and GED.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as team lead or supervisor performing duties such as maintenance of training records, assignment of duties, reconciliation of employee time and attendance, assistance with investigations and reporting.
- Must have advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) regulations and reporting requirements.
