Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Mid-level Software Developer (.NET) to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will support our team of developers building the next generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
The Mid-level Software Developer (.NET) is a servant leader who helps teams self-organize, self-manage, and deliver by teaching and coaching effective Agile practices.
Day to Day Work Responsibilities:
Software developer to support of a large .NET application. The team candidate shall possess experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation. The candidate should also be experienced in query development and reporting, user interface design and development, mobile application development.
This position is required to be local to the Colorado Springs Region.
This is a hybrid role and requires to be onsite in the Colorado Springs, CO office 4 times per month.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with BS/BA degree
- 5+ years of experience performing as a scrum master utilizing SAFe methodologies or similar Agile servant leadership role
- 2+ years of experience with facilitating communication/collaboration with client and development team staff through in-person and virtual setting
- U.S. Citizenship required; must have a Secret clearance
