Job Overview & Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the successful completion of projects for federal clients, both within the DC Metro Area and beyond, while taking on roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect.
Ensure technical standards are followed and enforced throughout automation initiatives.
Contribute expert technical knowledge during presales consultations, guiding clients in the adoption and integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Robotic Process Automation.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
Strong consulting and advisory skills for client engagements.
Experience with Web Development, particularly in HTML and JavaScript (Preferred).
Knowledge and experience in SQL or PL/SQL for database manipulation (Preferred).
Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Networking (Preferred).
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail, and adeptness in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Professional Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience working with RPA software suites such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
Over 2 years of experience in industries like Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense.
2 to 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (with languages like VB, VB.NET, VBA, or C# preferred) and a strong understanding of programming best practices, including code structure, portability, documentation, and testing.
