Job Description:

• Telemetry and Flight Termination System (TM/FTS) Engineer to support MFC-Dallas production and development efforts.
• Primary responsibility will be to provide TM/FTS supplier component technical oversight to support ongoing qualification and/or lot acceptance tests and production deliveries.
• Candidate will be responsible for communicating status and issues as well as recommendations to program.
• Travel to supplier, production, and/or test locations will be required on an as needed basis.

Required Experience:

• At least 4+ years of prior experience working with TM/FTS systems, RCC-319 and Test Range Safety organizations.
• 4-6 years of Electronic Testing experience is required.
• 4-6 years of Mechanical Testing experience is required.
• The role includes elements of requirements, design, analysis, integration, test, reviews, and safety coordination.
• Candidate needs to be a self-starter and have the capability of determining one's own tasking based on input from program.
• Must be US Citizen

DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience to manage external suppliers with a focus on requirements verification, technical performance, and schedule.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills to all management/junior levels is desired.
• Demonstrated experience presenting at program/design reviews, technical reviews, and safety reviews is desired.
• Source program is missile launched from airborne military platforms.
