Deployment Strategist
$110k-$180k + Equity depending on experience
Must have TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility
On site - multiple locations - Hawaii, D.C, Denver, Colorado
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, product designers, and other strategists to deploy software solutions addressing complex, real-world challenges. Your role involves synthesizing fragmented information to identify key problems, interpret data, understand user motivations, shape product needs, and deliver meaningful impact.
This role requires a hands-on approach, immersing yourself in customer workflows, analyzing data, and exploring the product landscape to drive scalable solutions. A subset of Deployment Strategists may also focus on internal projects. Success in this position demands curiosity, analytical thinking, product intuition, and a strong sense of user empathy to empower better decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience with programming, scripting, or statistical tools such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL (a plus).
