Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prototype, test, & deploy developmental DSP algorithms into an RF processing solution in a lab and field environment.
- Work with a large inter-disciplinary team to deploy real-time DSP algorithms onto developmental hardware (e.g. SDRs and FPGAs).
- Managing, deriving, and capturing Product/Program requirements including mechanical and electrical interface design specifications, component requirements, and functional block diagrams
- Supporting software and hardware testing
- Supporting and facilitating engineering projects including new product/solution development, product changes, and customer integration
- Supporting the change management process to ensure all required actions have been completed and that communication to key stakeholders is maintained
- Ensuring quality documentation is updated/created as required, including technical manuals
- Providing support and delivering solutions for rapid development projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Four to eight (4-8) years working as a Hardware Design Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in RF engineering or, combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- Candidates must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access
- Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
