Our company is looking to hire a Program Manager, Software & IT Systems, to collaborate with our client in Bremerton, WA, and support programs the field of Software Development & IT. This is an onsite role in Washington State with occasional travel required.
The Program Manager, Software and IT Systems, will be a major contributor in management, administrative and program functions across a variety of projects. If you meet the requirements below, and would enjoy working in beautiful Washington State, then please apply!
Responsibilities:
• Leadership of Software and IT programs in collaboration with client
• Ensure all requirements for projects and tasks are successful delivered
• Prepare and lead meetings with staff and client
• Collaborate with DeVine HQ regarding training, hiring and reviewing of assigned staff
• Be a key contributor to proposal and technical writing efforts
• Participate in team events
Experience & Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field, required; Master's or higher preferred
• 5+ years' experience building software, and managing software development teams in a secured military setting required
• 8+ years' professional experience in IT projects preferred
• Experience in managing DoD contracts required
• Current PMP and/or CISSP required
• Current Secret Clearance required

Position Type: Full-time, Must be U.S. Citizen

Compensation: $140K-$155K per year DOE and skills
