Telecom Network Systems Engineer

W2 Hourly Contract: $60 to $69 per hour*

This is a pivotal role within a major defense program Complete job details will be sent to all qualified applicants who possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
• Agile experience preferred.

• IP Networking techniques and technologies; particularly as applied to cellular telecom Radio Access Networks and Core networks
• Proficiency with SIP and VoIP protocols; experience with voice and data gateways for cellular telecom or WAN networks
• 3GPP mobile network standards; particularly as related to the Core Network and Multi-Media Subsystem (MMS) elements
• Excellent use and understanding of systems engineering and development lifecycle concepts and principles
• Requirements management & network system modeling tools
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS365)
