As a Systems Engineer for Maritime and Strategic Systems, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the full life-cycle Systems Engineering of an integrated cross-discipline (mechanical, electrical, controls, software, etc.) Undersea System to include system CONOPS, modeling, requirements management, integration & test planning and execution, and much more.

- MBSE in MagicDraw Proficiency
- SE Experience on an integrated cross-discipline system
- Agile Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of related systems engineering experience (or 3 years with a master's degree)
- Success contributing to the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
- Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
- Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
- Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
