Job Description:
This is an Inventory Management support admin. Performs general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment. Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations. Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking. Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork.

Must Haves:
- Knowledge of MS Excel reporting and MS Word
- Data Entry
- A background with inventory management/handling inventory - must have strong organizational skills to handle the inventory
- Self-Starter; takes initiative to resolve issues
- Must have good customer service skills to be able to update the customer and resolve issues
- Organization Skills
- HS Diploma with 1 - 3 years' experience
Nice to Haves:
- Prior customer service experience would be a big plus
Job Description:
This is an Inventory Management support admin. Performs general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment. Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations. Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking. Takes and delivers messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares and maintains records of products shipped and tracks shipments of customer returned products.
- Issues RMA's (Return Material Authorizations).
- Resolves customer order difficulties and ensures customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Verifies quantity and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
- Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Determines validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources.
- Tracks sales shipment and delivery to provide customer with status updates on returned items on RMA's. Knowledge of excel and word a must.
