Disaster Recovery Analyst

Our client, a healthcare customer located in Richmond, VA, is looking to hire a Disaster Recovery Analyst for a fulltime hire. The consultant will work a hybrid onsite schedule in support of the development, maintenance and test of a new Disaster Recovery strategy from scratch. The hybrid schedule is currently 3 days in office, 2 days remote. After a 3 month trial period, the candidate will have the option to be fully remote.

The Analyst will be responsible for developing the process of the Disaster Recovery plan; conducting research, performing risk assessments, and creating training materials for the health systems environment. The role does include a lot of technical writing and strong documentation skills.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience working with disaster recovery program documentations, policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss disaster recovery strategy with business leaders
• Ability to handle multiple tasks from start through completion
• Must be able to be onsite in Richmond, VA for the first 3 months as part of a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
