Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is seeking a Tier 2 Power Platform Application Support Engineer to provide advanced support for Power Platform applications, including Power Pages, Dataverse, and integrations with .NET and JavaScript. You will work closely with end users, developers, and support teams to diagnose and resolve issues, ensure application performance, and contribute to system improvements. If you have a strong background in network engineering, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful implementations, we want to talk to you!

Qualifications:

• Resolve Tier 2 issues related to Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot .NET and JavaScript-based integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure application uptime and compliance with DoD standards.
• Document resolutions and provide recommendations for system improvements.Qualifications
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Pages, Dataverse, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with security requirements is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work 100% remote
• Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
