Key Responsibilities:
- Create, draft and edit hiring packages. Develop position descriptions.
- Manage the onboarding of new personnel.
- Organize, maintain, and review personnel records.
- Enter and retrieve personnel information and prepare organizational charts.
- Manage HR correspondence.
- Provide information about personnel programs and procedures.
- Advise management and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
- Analyze HR data and present findings to leadership to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Requires an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with 3-8 years of direct experience.
- 5-10 years extensive experience in human resources, preferably in a federal government or military environment.
- Knowledge of federal HR regulations, including Title 5, U.S. Code preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HR systems (commercial/military).
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred.
