Responsibilities:
● Assist in the development and implementation of Controlled Unclassified Information
(CUI) policies and procedures.
● Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines, including Executive Order
13556 and 32 CFR Part 2002.
● Monitor and evaluate the organization's CUI practices to identify opportunities for
improvement.
● Conduct risk assessments to detect vulnerabilities in CUI handling and protection.
● Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks.
● Create and deliver training programs to educate staff on CUI requirements and best
practices.
● Facilitate regular CUI awareness sessions and refresher courses for employees and
contractors.
● Investigate and respond to CUI-related incidents, breaches, or violations.
● Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and prevent
recurrence of incidents.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive CUI protection.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for CUI-related inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in
Information Security, Information Management, or a similar discipline.
● In-depth knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines concerning CUI.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
● Outstanding organizational and documentation skills.
● Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Strong verbal presentation skills.
● Exceptional technical writing proficiency.
● Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
