Essential Job Functions
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop comprehensive sales strategies, identify potential customers, and create actionable plans to achieve sales targets.
• Product Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our Unified Communications, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Networking solutions, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges. Utilize this understanding to recommend tailored solutions that align with their requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as establish new connections, building a robust network to drive business growth.
• Technical Presentations and Demos: Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Unified Communications, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Networking solutions to potential clients.
• Solution Proposals: Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotes that outline the technical aspects, pricing, and timeline of proposed solutions, addressing client-specific needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the pipeline, keeping accurate records and updates in the CRM system to track progress and forecast sales.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the sales process.
• Customer Support Collaboration: Work closely with our technical support and implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful deployment of solutions, providing a positive customer experience.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, driving the growth and success of the company's business.
