Overview

Responsibilities
• Provide Headquarters Operations Intelligence Support specifically the ISR TPMs will directly support NSWG-8, SEAL Reconnaissance Team ONE, SEAL Reconnaissance Team TWO, and Mission Support Center as the primary focal point for NSWG-8 intelligence software and hardware testing and validation requirements to include interfacing with other NSW Tactical Intelligence Collection Cell (TICC) members and WARCOM and SOCOM Programmatic and Information Assurance personnel.
• Assist the Intelligence Officer by managing existing and input new equipment into TICC inventories and databases within the Accountable Property System of Record. Currently, the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or other as defined.
• Support and provide guidance/recommendations to command personnel/leadership for NSW Program of Record Intelligence products.
• Provide input on equipment and software comparisons and reviews.
• Prepare/issue/maintain NSWG-8 N2 deployment equipment.
• Facilitate/coordinate equipment for intelligence software courses of instruction.
• Execute duties IAW COMNAVSPECWARGRUTENINST 5200.45.
• Positions will require travel within CONUS in support of NSW exercised, certification course, technical seminars, and site visit/working groups with IC, SOF components partners, and others as defined by leadership. Travel should accommodate up to once quarterly, 7-14 days each as required. These positions may require support in field conditions.

Qualifications
Required certifications:
• Current DoD Active TOP SECRET / SCI Eligibility
• Must be able to meet DoD Directive 8570.01 Certification Requirements. “DoD 8570 requires two certifications for compliance, an approved IA certification based on your assigned IAT level and a Computing Environment (CE) certification based on the equipment and software you work with for your primary duties.”
• Operate basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Possess strong demonstrated briefing skills.
• Must be capable of multi-tasking in a high stress, time sensitive environment.
• Previous experience in the SOF community is highly desirable.
• Possess operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.
• Have proficiency in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Candidates must perform at a highly proficient level on core IMINT analysis and FMV exploitation with recent, hands on experience.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on GEOINT analytical experience within DOD or the Intelligence Community.
• Five (5) years of technical experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience within the past three years with GEOINT exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP and ArcGIS.
• At least two years of experience with GEOINT analysis, GEOINT production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control, and training.
• Military personnel who have two years of hands-on FMV analysis experience within the SOF community automatically meet the minimum requirement.

Each employee meets these standards at time of employment, and these fitness standards will be sustained throughout their assignment to the contract. Each contractor employee will sign a Statement of Understanding acknowledging the above requirements to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk.
