Job Description
Spiral Solutions and Technologies seeks a Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team!

Location: Offutt, AFB STRATCOM

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• 4 years' experience troubleshooting, analyzing, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining secure communications systems.
• Operations and maintenance experience with strategic communications systems such as Milstar/AEHF, MET/SHF, EHF, etc.
• Experience training and using electronic test equipment and tools, including spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, data test sets, and radio frequency measuring equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel.
• TS/SCI clearance and work full-time, on-site at Offutt AFB, NE; remote delivery of this work is not possible and will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications (Additional)

• 4 years' experience maintaining survivable communications systems/equipment preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of microwave, fiber optics, data, voice, LAN/WAN, PCs, global positioning systems, modems, frequency converters, traveling wave tube amplifiers, and other high-tech telecommunications devices desired.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Other Requirements:

• Background check and drug screen, required
• Must be able to read and write effectively in English
• Physical requirements include prolonged sitting and standing work does require moderate amounts of walking, may carry heavy items.

• Must be eligible for a Common Access Card (CAC)
