Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Part Time Operations Research Analyst, Senior to join our team in the Orlando, FL area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for providing high-level expertise, analysis, and technical guidance in support of project executions, operations, strategic initiative, business improvement, and other complex technical or organizations tasks.
  • Responsible for providing expert technical guidance and analysis on specialized applications and operational environments, functional system analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation to drive effective implementation of highly complex systems.
  • Responsible for the reviewing, analyzing, integrating, and conducting T&E of source data, developing interim documentation.
  • Involved in system concept formulation and the analysis of systems and subsystems.
  • Provide results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers.
  • May provide direction to junior level analysts.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Master of Art (MA) or Master of Science (MS) in a Management, Technical, or Scientific and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position; three (3) of the ten (10) years must be directly related to DoD systems, OR, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a business, management, technical, or scientific degree, plus an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience equaling a total of fourteen (14) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the master's degree.
  • Must have experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • This is an onsite position.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems.
  • Expertise in digital innovation or disruptive technology areas is highly desired (e.g., block chain, quantum computing, AI, ML, robotics process automation)


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract.


Physical Requirements:
  • Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management
