Orchestrates the development of a system of interest (hardware and/or software) from requirements determination through operations and system retirement. Emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk/opportunity management, and tailoring processes to meet project needs. Applies advanced consulting skills or technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works independently, mentors team members. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience or Master's degree and 3+ years experience. Relevant certifications or experience may substitute for degree.
