Targeting Analyst Senior Position

Working knowledge of Joint and Army Targeting regulations (i.e. CJCSI 3370.01D, JP 3-60, Army FM 3-60, etc.) and OPLANS and annexes
Expert knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle, federation, and reach back
Experience and/or working knowledge of Target System Analysis (TSA), i.e. BTD (Basic Target Development), ITD (Intermediate Target Development), and ATD (Advanced Target Development)
Knowledge of COCOM Target List Management (TLM) procedure and/or processes
Knowledge of the Army Targeting Enterprise (ATE) and annual Army Targeting Action Plan (ATAP)
Experience/knowledge with Military Targeting Committee (MTC) and annual MTC Action Plan (MAP)
Experience conducting MDMP (Military Decision Making Process), especially mission analysis and COA development/analysis
Build POA&Ms
Ability to lead ATAP working groups (WGs)
Schedule meetings through INSCOM G3 Plans Leadership, FORSCOM co-leads and AMTC (Army Multidomain Targeting Center)
Build briefs
Draft EXSUMs
Experience briefing senior leaders
Ability/experience with reviewing targeting related publications and submitting comments
Working knowledge of TMT (ETMS2)
Knowledge of MIDB, soon replaced by MARS, JTT, and other targeting related databases
Knowledge of collection management process and how it relates to targeting
Knowledge of Army Multidomain Task Forces (MDTFs) and other targeting capabilities (higher classification capes)
Knowledge of PC C4 (PROJECT CONVERGENCE CAPSTONE 4) and JADC2
Knowledge of Deliberate and Dynamic targeting cycles
