Intermediate C# Software Engineer

DVS is looking for an Intermediate C# Software Engineer to support a large DoD team . This position requires an active secret clearance or the ability to obtain. The work location will be Huntsville, AL.

Technical Skills Required: Education or work experience in C# or another object-oriented programming language
Desired Skills:

• Experience working with front-end frameworks such as WPF, Xamarin, or MAUI.
• Experience developing cross-platform applications for Windows, Android, and iOS.
• Experience with Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and SQL.
• Experience building automated unit tests.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with build tools, such as Visual Studio and code management tools such as Git.
  Desired Technical Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • C# .NET experience.
    Physical and Mental Qualifications:
    • Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours
    • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
    • Able to lift up to 15 pounds
    • Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
    • Execute tasks independently and work as a team
    • Learns and memorizes routine tasks
    • Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
