Job Description
ANALYGENCE provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.
As a Senior Program Analyst at US Cyber Command, you will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission.

As a Senior Program Analyst at US Cyber Command, you will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission.
- Track analytical, technical and administrative task that relate to the phases of the DoD PPBE process (EBC/POM)
- Assist with drafting, editing, proof-reading, and maintaining version control on a variety of strategic planning documents, policies and procedures (weaving a detailed pattern of documented requirements in an environment where power point slides and "because we've always done it this way" can be difficult. Flexibility, knowledge/records management is a must.
- Apply requirements guidelines to help establish performance metrics against priorities, policies, and objectives for frequently changing programs and funding requirements.
- With EBC approaching the development of certain high-level portfolios with critical mission needs will require more attention to detail and documentation
Requirements
- An active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
- Master's degree and ten (10) years of experience in SETA, Acquisition and/or technical roles architecting customer solutions (OR) a Bachelor's degree with twelve (12) years' experience, (OR) AS or HS Diploma and sixteen (16) years of experience.
- Ability to manager team environment dynamics (liaise with both internal and external organizations across the DoD, the Intelligence Community and non-DoD government agencies to achieve common goals)
- Flexibility to work multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time sensitive matters (This is key).
- Experience with supporting large portfolios with the daily business operations to include workflow activities, briefings, and monthly financial reviews, create and follow-up on action items, and coordination functions.
- An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification is desired.
