Responsibilities

The Systems Integration and Test Engineer IV will perform Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and system-level verification to ensure mission requirements and performance standards are met. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting IV&V testing, identifying integration risks, and validating technical requirements.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing test plans and procedures to verify system capabilities.
  • Delivering test results documentation, analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Providing leadership for SE&I activities, including test planning, scheduling, cross-program coordination, and automated testing implementation.
  • Supporting system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition into operations.
  • Authoring, reviewing, and coordinating technical documentation, including requirements traceability, test plans, and change requests.
  • Collaborating with mission partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and verification processes.
  • Managing and improving SE&I agile processes and providing technical consultation on mission-critical products and activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years (BS), 6-8 years (MS), 3-5 years (PhD) in SE&I with expertise in IV&V, requirements decomposition, automated testing, and the systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with IC acquisition and requirements processes, risk management, and test scheduling.
