Clinical Informaticist

Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator, is in need of a 2 Clinical Informaticists for initial 12 month remote contracts in support of an enterprise DoD EHR (Cerner) Modernization effort with up to 25% travel throughout the domestic US. The Clinical Informaticists will be working with our customers End User engagement team. They will be responsible for supporting several different work streams with a focus on clinical workflow and change management / adoption activities to include, current state assessment, workflow analysis, recommendations for new workflows, updates to existing workflows, development of start-stop-continue, change impact summary, supervisor change sessions, support of action plans, content development for training, virtual / onsite workflow adoption reinforcement, etc.

Required Skills:

• 4 years of experience with a BS degree, BSN degree highly preferred.
• US citizen able to pass a Tier III public trust clearance.
• Deep knowledge of hospital and ambulatory processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise Healthcare and / or government Oracle Cerner initiatives.
• Project Management knowledge.
• Wiling and able to travel up to 25% throughout the domestic US.

• Highly articulate on the integration across clinical and revenue cycle workflows.
• Demonstrated success driving EHR (specifically Cerner) adoption across complex environments.
