Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a subject matter expert in Information Operations (IO) to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and its ongoing Science and Technology portfolio. The individual should have expertise and recent experience in information operations technique development and analysis, signal processing, cyber and all aspects of current information operations capability development from concept to experimentation.

Job Requirements
Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
- Current TOP SECRET Clearance and eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence (SCI) or the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Clearance and eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence (SCI).
- Recent experience in information operations technique development and analysis, signal processing, cyber and all aspects of current information operations capability development from concept to experimentation.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: commercial standard development; networking; emerging cyber guidance; information interoperability, information management, and information security issues; Electronic warfare Support (ES) sensing for wide-area spectrum awareness; and Electronic Attack (EA) against adversary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Targeting (C5ISRT) systems.
Education/certifications:
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences plus 15 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences plus 20 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences plus 25 years of relevant work experience.
