ARServices is seeking an Integration Division Lead to work in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.

An experienced Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Operations Integration Division Lead will join our team providing Advisory and Assistance Services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Overall duties involve serving and Integration Division lead and providing CWMD requirements support to the Division’s portfolio integration team that manages RD requirements to ensure alignment of RD projects with DTRA strategic priorities and maintains traceability between RD capabilities and approved requirements. RD-OP operates from the DTRA HQ on Ft. Belvoir, VA

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Work with Research and Development Directorate (RD) Departments to establish objectives for Service/CCMD S&T engagement; communicate holistically about DTRA technologies/capabilities to CCMD S&T and WMD offices, as well as communicate RD external efforts to internal DTRA stakeholders; and responsively and comprehensively address customer inquiries.
Coordinate with DTRA Combatant Command Representatives (CCRs), desk officers, and other representatives to ensure RD activities and objectives are understood and represented in Agency-level interactions with supported customers.
Independently research and consolidate CWMD information into cohesive and understandable reports, presentations, or graphics for use in management decision-making and convey information to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Consult with OPI leadership, OPI Requirements team leadership, and other directorate personnel to identify, define, and document strategic needs and objectives, current procedures and problems, and program and business processes.
Support OPI Requirements team in staffing, tracking, and managing requirements requests through internal RD and DTRA processes as requested. Produce communications and analytical products to support OPI Requirements team vetting of requirements requests with RD leadership.
Work closely with OPI Requirement team leadership to refine RD requirements processes and business processes to accommodate RD stakeholder feedback and requests.
Identify and make recommendations for improvements/innovations to portfolio critical functions, processes, procedures and activities to ensure that system processes, procedures and activities accomplish required objectives to meet DTRA and DoD mission objectives.
Work closely with the S&T SME A&AS contractor to ensure technical integration plans and execution data are fully integrated into programmatic documents to include logical, defendable and executable plans.
Maintain, track, and communicate status of Portfolio activities to indicate the health and progress of the portfolio.
Oversee and manage activities of OPI PMO A&AS team personnel across the Requirements, Acquisitions, SACO, and Engagements teams. Engage with federal team leads to monitor performance of personnel across activity streams, identify needs or risks to contract execution, and provide vital connection with contract management to identify longer term needs or areas of opportunity.
Assist in formulating, coordinating, revising, editing, and producing briefings, reports, and other communications for presentation to officials in DoD, executive branch agencies, professional symposia, academia, industry, and international partners and organizations, as requested.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI clearance is required.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in a technical science-related field of study plus 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Office Suite, InfoPath, and other software tools.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate independently and take the initiative.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with DoD Requirements processes, policies, and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree.
Experience with the DoD CWMD Enterprise.
Experience with DTRA Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E).
Experience with Planning Programing Budget Execution process.
Previous experience managing teams of prime and subcontractor personnel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Experience with supporting senior stakeholders and client in high-profile roles and missions.
Defense Acquisition University level 1 or higher RDT&E or similar training.
