ARServices is seeking a Facility Manager to work in the Alexandria, VA area. Position is 100% on site, in person.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of ARServices’ Walker Lane office and conference rooms supporting multiple federal government contracts and customers.
Manage and coordinate all conference room reservations, and provide conference room set ups and tear downs to include facilitating catering and providing amenities.
Maintain the facility and coordinate all facility maintenance to ensure proper operations of all systems including IT meet all company and government standards.
Coordinate with the government for property accountability requirements, issue of government property, and other program documents as required.
Monitor and work to ensure proper security access is maintained and will perform daily security checks.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises
Write reports of activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Provide on-site support for Security Management initiatives that ensure the integrity of on-site and remote personnel
Ensure compliance with all applicable government security procedures (ex. NISPOM and others) and company standard operating procedures to include facility access, opening and closing, and visitor arrivals and departures.
Manage and sustain accountability of all program contract property, on-boarding records to include non-disclosure agreements, organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) training records, and other program documents as required.
Manage all office supplies to include kitchen amenities ensuring supplies are available and meet demand requirements. Requires ordering supplies and maintaining necessary records for auditing.
Provide administrative support to the senior management staff (reporting directly to the Senior Vice President) to include developing briefings, drafting and editing reports, preparing meeting minutes, preparing certificates of appreciation, obtaining company gift cards, and adding quality control reviews to products.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Top Secret clearance is required.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree Bachelor of Science or Arts.
5+ years of experience in managing cleared facilities for federal government or contractor offices.
Possess background, knowledge and experience in facility security requirements.
Possess demonstrated experience with office software including Microsoft Office products.
Possess excellent communication and customer services skills.
Possess demonstrated ability managing files, data, and property.
Ability to develop protocols and make improvements to office and facility functions.
