FRDA is looking for an Operations Officer (OPSO) to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for staffing, processing Electronic Tasking Protocols (ETPs), overseeing small projects, coordinating Intelligence Community (IC) operations, facilitating visitors, and managing schedules for HOC 101 and training sessions. The individual will be involved in program management and must have a strong understanding of current authorities and policies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Process ETPs, manage small projects, and ensure adequate staffing for various operational requirements.
• Navigate the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) systems to leverage available resources and meet operational needs.
• Coordinate and schedule HOC 101 and other training sessions for team members.
• Provide direct and indirect support across various disciplines, including logistics, human resources, security, facilities, and project management.
• Resolve tactical issues, and develop or apply new processes and procedures to meet location-specific requirements.
• Foster innovative solutions and build cooperative alliances between mission partners, adapting to rapid changes in organizational priorities, resources, and work processes.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience in the Special Operations Community
Strong background in HUMINT
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, View challenge and uncertainty as opportunity
Strong critical thinking, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take initiative and deliver results
Proven availability to develop and maintain broad networks across the IC, DoD, and USG
BA/BS Degree
US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance required

Confidence and authoritative voice in strategic operational decisions
MA/MS Degree
