Job Description:
This position will serve as ServiceNow Developer based out of Stuttgart in support of EUCOM on the Enterprise-Level IT Expertise (ELITE) Contract.
Job Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain service catalog items in accordance with customer requirements.
● Publish and update service catalog items to ensure they remain current and relevant to business needs.
● Create, maintain, and enhance Service Portal pages and content to improve customer experiences.
● Manage and optimize user interactions through portals, pages, and catalog items.
● Develop and manage user experiences within the Now Platform, including creating and maintaining homepages, dashboards, and workflows.
● Develop, maintain, and support application services and technical services within the ServiceNow platform.
● Manage core foundation data, including tables, columns, and Configuration Item (CI) classes.
● Create and maintain accurate CI relationship data to ensure proper relationships between assets.
● Accurately create, test, and manage update sets in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
● Utilize best business practices to configure tables, forms, and workflows.
● Apply ServiceNow development standards to optimize configurations and customizations.
● Provide expertise in business process design and improvement, offering insights based on deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to enhance and streamline workflows.
Certification Requirements:
● CompTIA Security+
● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
● ITIL v4 Foundations
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree plus 3 years of specialized experience.
● Three years of experience with at least two ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or SAM.
● Experience with JavaScript and Angular scripting.
● Experience in Vancouver is preferred, as well as experience with version upgrades.
