Overview of Opportunity
Two Six Technologies is looking for a Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team. The Intern will contribute to projects that focus on areas such as employee development, engagement, onboarding, recruiting, employment relations, benefits administration, and/or HR systems. The program will allow interns to develop valuable HR skills and understand best practices of an organization. This is a 10-week internship program.

The projected pay range listed for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of rate.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the People Team leaders and employees to support a critical program and/or initiative.
- Assist in day to day HR operations.
- Communicate with People Leaders across the company.
- Participate in employee engagement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business / Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in general HR principles and basic employment processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to HR software (such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Paycom) is a plus.
- Experience with creating spreadsheets and generating reports (via Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and more).
- Must have experience or coursework in at least ONE of the following areas:
- Talent management or recruitment
- Onboarding and employee lifecycle support
- Compliance and HR administration
- Employee benefits and payroll basics
- HR data entry, analysis, or reporting
