Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. A hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote is available for this position.
Job Summary:
The Senior Program Analyst in this position will provide support to the team for Rotating Radars in the area of Acquisition, Systems Engineering, and project management of radar systems. This position will also have supervisory duties for 4 full time ManTech employees and be responsible for all program manager functions on the contract.

Job Summary:
The Senior Program Analyst in this position will provide support to the team for Rotating Radars in the area of Acquisition, Systems Engineering, and project management of radar systems. This position will also have supervisory duties for 4 full time ManTech employees and be responsible for all program manager functions on the contract.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a liaison between the Radar Community and the various Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Ship Acquisition Program Managers (SHAPMs) and technical communities.
- Develop POM issue papers, 7300s, Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Budgets, P- Exhibits and spend plans.
- Facilitate and lead technical interchange meetings and working groups to resolve programmatic and technical issues with a wide-ranging team consisting of the Navy Program Office, In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Navy Laboratories and Radar Design Agent.
- Provide System Engineering support in the definition of System Interfaces, review of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and participation in Critical Design Reviews.
- Act as action item officer tracking and coordinating efforts of the Equipment Manufacturer, System Engineers, Acquisition Agent and Logistic Leads to ensure Project Milestones are met.
- Support Government Project Manager directly through monitoring cost and schedule performance through Earned Value.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years of experience related to project, program, or business analysis.
- Experience with DOD 5000 as it applies to Acquisition and Systems Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Change Requests & Engineering Change Proposals.
- Financial experience with Budgets, Estimating and Task Planning Sheets.
- Familiar with configuration management principals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience and familiarity with program management function such as, contract management, financial budgeting, hiring process, adhering to company policies and procedures, and personnel management skills.
- Familiar with shipboard installation processes.
- Familiarization of PEO IWS Element Certification Process.
- Experience with Obsolescence Management and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).
- Working knowledge of US Navy planning process (SHIPMAIN) and Navy Data Environment (NDE).
- Practical experience with shipboard rotating radar systems.
- Knowledge of various Combat System Elements.
- Some experience with foreign military sales
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active or current Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
