JOB DETAILS

JOB STATUS: FT or PT
TRAVEL: 5%
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Masters degree and 12 years of directly related experience, of which 5 years must be in DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience in lieu of masters degree, of which 5 years must be in DoD; or 20 years' experience in lieu of degree.
- Top secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Confluence and JIRA).
- Familiar with container creation and security (e.g. zero-trust model, container hardening, security sidecar injection).
- Familiarity with a CI/CD DevSecOps environment
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage teams to achieve milestones identified during Program Increment Planning Events to ensure capability delivery every three months.
- Secure leading development teams utilizing DevSecOps principles.
- Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and always keep technical skills current.
- Be hands-on, close to the technology, and drive the direction of the organization with conviction.
- Demonstrate a startup mindset and forward-leaning vision towards enterprise-grade and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Communicate with management, technical staff, and end users in a clear and professional manner.
- Represent complex data in diagrams or through other techniques that communicate precise information to both business and technical staff.
