Web Developer and Designer

Tyto Athene is searching for a Web Developer and Designer to support a Government Program Management Office in Suitland, MD.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with creation and maintenance of websites and applications for various business management, inventory management, change management, and program tracking systems.
* Responsible for management of web development, design, and applications. Implement various database entry and retrieval functions for multiple users.
* Develop and implement well designed, testable, back-end programming to provide users with functional, data-visualization front-end interfaces.
* Continuously review existing appplications alignment with stakeholder requirements and performance, optimization, resilience, and security risks. Identify problem areas and develop solutions.
* Troubleshoot and optimize web pages and applications for security and responsiveness via testing, evaluation, and coordination with stakeholders.
* Remain current with emerging technologies by using industry best practices and applying innovative designs with websites and applications.
* Assist with development, review, and preparation of briefing materials, reports, and other project documentation. Coordinate responses to periodic reports.
