The ideal candidate must have a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent education in lieu of certification. The position demands strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to manage and deliver on complex, interconnected projects. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee all services and activities under the contract, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Staffing Plans: Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet contract requirements efficiently.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide direction to multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals.
- Project Oversight: Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects to ensure successful completion.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports to Government Program Managers, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Task Deliverables: Fulfill all task management deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Coordination: Collaborate with task leads to guarantee deliverable completion within agreed timelines, addressing risks proactively and communicating mitigation plans effectively.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Program Manager or in a managerial role.
- Current PMP certification or equivalent education in lieu of certification.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in formulating and organizing complex projects involving multiple teams.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with government contracting and reporting requirements.
- Experience managing IT programs in secure and classified environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
